N K Batra & Co, Chartered Accountants, as per records, was established during the year 1972. The firm has had considerable focus in almost all the facets of the accounting, auditing and taxation. It is manned by seven thorough bred matured professionals groomed through years in various industries, auditing, consultancy, taxation and secretarial functions. The firm was a sole-proprietor concern till 15/06/2013 i.e. the date of its merger with U SWAIN & Co. a partnership firm with 6(six) partners. Later another proprietorship firm Saswat & Associates is merged with effect from 20/06/2013(The details are reflected in firm constitution certificate issued by The ICAI.)

The partnership firm has acquired the capacity and thus ability to shake off the traditional approach to look at things what it is but confidently look for what it should be and effectively help to become so.
